Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your Order within 7 days without giving any reason. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date you received the Goods or when a third party appointed by you takes possession of the product.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the Order, without additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

• The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
• The Goods are in original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods that deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiry date.
• Unsealed goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable unless required by law.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once the return is received.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift, refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.
